THE BUTLER ROTARY FOUNDATION

The Butler Rotary Foundation is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization approved by the IRS to function as a public charity and all donations are tax deductible.
The Foundation is fully committed to the principles, ideals and interests of Rotary, yet its governance is independent of the local and international organizations. Members of the Foundation's Board of Directors are local Rotarians.

The bylaws of the Foundation establish its purpose: To receive and allocate resources that serve to enhance excellence and to be of mutual benefit to the organization and community which it serves throughout the Butler area, with enhancements of the disabled, education, and the arts.
The idea behind the Foundation is to generate donations from Rotarians, non-Rotarians, and grant-making entities. The Foundation can enhance through donations local Club initiatives, but not fund the Club directly. And of course, the Foundation may initiate scholarships and/or projects of its own creativity.
Donations may be made in a number of forms, such as restricted or unrestricted donations of cash, securities, and the like, as well as such donations through living and/or deceased bequests. All decisions on donation allocations are made in full consultation with the donor(s) and the directors.1081, Butler, PA 16003. You may make donations by sending your tax-deductible check to The Butler Rotary Foundation, PO Box 1081, Butler, PA 16003.
